Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi All, its my understanding that blue tooth heads sets dont play well with Geneysys. Meaning when a call comes in you cant use the button on the headset to answer the call.

Does anyone know of any wireless headsets where you can do this? I dont want to tie my team members down to their desks.

The range on Bluetooth can also be an issue if you are wanting to be able to walk away from your desk. I would look at DECT systems for this reason.

I haven't used them personally, but in the light of comments from Genesys this morning, have you looked at Jabra?
