Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hi Dev Forum ,

I am using 'recording-bulk s3 integration' in Genesys cloud and it works most of the times . But it has lots of delay  even for small durations of call . So a 1 mint call is reflecting only after half an hour . 

Is this expected  behaviour ?If not , is there anything that can be done to improve upload time . 

Note : A recording with 40 mints duration is missing entirely even after 4 hours .

From my understanding there is no specific time period - its whenever it happens. Sometime its going to be overnight.

Its not a realtime export
