Hello,
I read about the feature Work automation and Task Routing (Genesys Cloud).

However, apart from the announcements that this feature should be available, I did not find any further helpful information. Does anyone have any information on when this feature will be available? I didn't have the option to enable this feature from the admin menu. What license is required, I assume 3? Is there any further documentation on the functionality and maybe a roadmap? It would be great if someone could help me with this.
