    Are there any videos or demos on work automation?  Our organization is curious about this and would like to look at a demo (already existing demo would be great).

    It's a bit old, the feature still in Preview, but there is a DevCast that talks about it starting around 23:59 in the video:

    Hi Melissa,

    You should talk with your Genesys Account Executive and ask them to provide a demo of Work Automation for you.  The video I created that George referred to is not a compelling demo of the full functionality and capabilities of Work Automation.
