Comment on Demo video left unanswered - and Ihave the same question.

[ If we "future date" a work plan assignment, but that future date is already in a published schedule, will a rescheduling process take that "future date assignment" into consideration? or will it continue to schedule based on the originally assigned work plan ]

Hi Dagmar, 
The reschedule process uses the Work Plan that was assigned at the time of schedule generation. So in the scenario that you mention the reschedule would respect the "old work plan".

The following idea has been created for enhancing the reschedule process to use the latest Work Plan allocation. Please take a look and provide your feedback to help us with future enhancement priorities.

Currently, we remove the agent from the schedule, and when you add them back in using the rescheduler, it will pick up the new work plan. If you assign activities using the activity planner, they will also go back on to the schedule, but anything manually added to the schedule would need to be reapplied.
