  • 1.  work plan rules after the schedule is published

     Hey, guys,

I have a question about the rules for work plans after the schedule is published. After publication, when some people need to change shifts. It's possible that the system will deny the change if they break any of the rules?

For example: When the person has a schedule to work for a maximum of 6 consecutive days, in the week and starts working in the first week on Sunday and in the following week he needs to work on Saturday, that is, he will work on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and the week following Saturday, resulting in 7 consecutive days.

Can I prevent this from happening in the work plan, but if an agent tries to change the shift, is it possible that the system blocks it so that he does not work for 7 consecutive days?

https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-up-the-work-plans-weekly-configuration/ - General Constraints: Maximum Consecutive Scheduled Days (besides information in the resource article, most work plan constraints have hover over pop-up informational text)

This constraint is not enforced on schedule edits or shift trades; it is only enforced during schedule generation. We do highlight daily and weekly paid time violations in the schedule editor/viewer to catch some issues with edits after generation.

    Hi Jay,

I had that in mind, but I would really like to confirm, given that there are so many improvements implemented over time, that we might miss something, right? Thanks.
