  • 1.  Work Teams - how do I assign a work team to a queue?

    I've added permissions for work teams, created a work team and added a test agent to it. My understanding is that we should be able to assign a work team to a queue and that those work team members would automatically be associated with that queue.

    Have I understood the functionality correctly? If so, how do a link a work team to a queue?

    Within Queue config, under Members tab, select Groups tab and click Add Group. Change the search drop down to Work Teams Only. You can now search / add your Work Team
