  • 1.  Workaround for Customer CLI passing for consult transfer

    User A calls User B, and they are connected in a normal two-party call.
     
    User B Consult transfers the call to User C and then merges the call, creating a three-party conference (User A, User B, and User C).
     
    In the current setup:
     
    User C sees the CLI (Caller Line Identification) of User B, because User B is treated as the originating/last connecting party during the transfer.

    Need to have a process for User C to See USER A CLI

    Hi Waleed, 

    Thinking about an external telefony, it works the same way you described.
     
    Genesys calls cell phone A, then cell phone A calls cell phone B, B will only see A.
     
    Perhaps the best way is to submit an idea through the ideas portal.
