    Hi there, 

    Regarding Workbench V2, most rich text editors have a way to clear formatting. Especially if we are copy and pasting content into the workbench articles, we are finding issues with:

    • Hyperlinks: Sometimes not appearing as blue, or stuck in incorrect colours unless completely deleted and re-added. Sometimes deleting and re-adding does not work.

    • Text sizing: Copied text may show inconsistent sizes (e.g., set to medium but displays small). Resizing doesn't always override. 

    • Paragraph spacing: Varying sizes between paragraph (not a font/header format issue, font can be all the same size and still have paragraph spacing issues)

    Is there a way to clear formatting that I'm not seeing?

    Hi Sarah,

    I don't believe there is a way to clear all formatting at this time within the workbench and I see you have crated and idea: Workbench - "Add 'Clear Formatting' Button to Workbench Rich Text Editor" in the Ideas Lab.
