    Curious what other people who are on workday and have implemented the integration - what end points or web services are you using on the Workday side?

    Hi,

    Workday (as of a year and a half ago) is a tough integration because Workday did not have all the necessary APIs required. It's possible that you may need to work with a Workday consultant to set things up. We do have clients who integrate with Workday successfully, but it was a team effort. For insert and cancel time off requests, I believe you can use their APIs; all other required custom-generated reports are from Workday. My information is about a year and a half old, so it could have changed.

    typically for retrieving agents, time off types and balances a workday custom report is utilized. for inserting/updating time off either a workday studio listener service or native workday soap api's. both options will need to handle xml/json translation. workday has no rest api to adjust timeoff.
