    Using workforce management and Salesforce, I know that Agent Schedules are visible and accessible, but is there a way to submit time off requests?

    Hi Shelby,

    Today, you can only view your schedule and time off/shift trade requests (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/access-schedule-notifications/).  In order to submit shift trade/time off requests, today you need to the use the main app.
