    Hi Everyone, 

    Workforce Management will be updating its navigation menu, on or after 29th November 2023

    In preparation for new Work Plan based features, due for release in 2024, we will be adding a new "Work Plans" grouping to the navigation menu.

    This will enable Genesys to add new Work Plan based features to the navigation without degrading the user experience with long lists of options. This new grouping will follow the same flow as:

    • Configuration
    • Forecasting
    • Time Off
    • Performance
    • Schedules

     

    which already group common features/options.

     

    As an Admin you will need to access the existing Work Plan options via the new Work Plans grouping on the menu.

    In addition to this, the Work Plan configuration link will be changing its name, this it to help with any possible confusion between the menu listing and functionality.

    The current Work Plans link will be renamed Work Plan Configuration.

    @Paul Wood - Is this change still on track for next week, or will it be pushed out? We would like to send a communication to our team with the expected date, and I want to make sure we're aligned with the expectation.

    Yes, the updated menu is in today's release.
    With the new rollout process, some regions may not see the update straight away.
