  • 1.  Workforce Management Recurring Schedule

    Greetings,

    I'm trying to figure out how to make a weekly schedule for agents in Workforce Management recurring. I have a client who has the same schedule for agents week-over-week. They'd rather not create the same schedule over and over, and I agree with them. However, I don't see a way to make a schedule recurring or repeating.

    Any assistance on finding this feature would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the link. I was more concerned with the Workforce Management Scheduling than the Routing Scheduling. Is there similar functionality to setup a recurring schedule for an agent or person?

    You mean to have that same schedule be set without any intervention from Workforce until change is needed.

    Correct. My client wants to set up a schedule for the first week of the year, and then have that same schedule repeat for the other 51 weeks in the year.

    Hello J.T.,

    Nothing like that as of this time in PureCloud, however, it will be added to the roadmap. You still need to generate a schedule week-to-week, but the scheduling engine would first look to see if the agent is in an active base schedule.
