is there a permission that will allow all team memebers to view only the department schedule?

This isn't currently possible, but for 2017 q4 on our roadmap, we have scheduled the release of a read only permission for schedules, that would allow someone to only view, but not modify or delete, schedules for a management unit.

As Jack mentioned we will be adding a read-only permission for published schedules - this will be across all management units for an organization. We have it on our roadmap to support access control lists in permissions to lock this down further. Also on the roadmap is an agent-facing read-only view of the management unit's published schedules.

The published view permission was released late September. User is able to see the schedules in Read only, but it doesn't show the tooltips that show the details of the scheduled activities such as start and end time. It doesn't distinguish between management units from what I can tell, so I don't think you can limit view to different units.

Hi Dustin, we will correct the tooltip behavior so that they are shown even in read-only mode. Expect resolution on this to be by end of day this Fri, 27-Oct at the latest.

You are correct that there is no current way to, access control list (ACL) style, segment based on management unit. PureCloud will be adding the ability to define access groups/scopes, name still to be determined, where you can specify queues, users, etc. and then specific permissions. Once that is available in the platform, on the WFM side, we will expose 'Management Unit' as one of the items that can be selected as well as adding more granular permissions (e.g., create, read, update, delete, publish, etc.). We understand the desire to be able to have more control and granularity on access control and are eager to get this functionality into the WFM offering.

@Dustin Gilbreath? - tooltips should be showing for users now that have the read only permission.
