Sravanika, what is the failure message? You cannot expect anyone in the community to help without something more specific. If you had raised a support ticket recently where the error you receive was a version conflict error, then that was already explained that you are attempting to update a record with a version number lower than the current one. The other thing was pointed out is that if you have 75 agents in the BU, then it is exactly one call to update all those agents schedules. The example only shows one agent, but it is not meant really to call this once per agent and certainly not for a unique schedule for each agent. If this continues to be confusing and you cannot figure it out, then I would recommend a paid PS engagement.
