  • 1.  Working with call flows in Architect, is there a way to minimize the 3rd panel where the data action shows?

    Is there a way to minimize the 3rd panel (red arrow) on the right to provide a bigger view of the call flow canvas?

    I tried clicking on the flow icon (in yellow) and that only switches between tasks.

    Unfortunately we do not have that functionality in Genesys Cloud at the moment. If this is a feature that you would like to see our Dev team implement, Genesys encourages you to register your request through the Product Ideas Lab. To Access the Product Ideas Lab and add your idea:

    1. Sign in to the Genesys Knowledge Network.
    2. On the Product Ideas Lab section, click Browse and Submit Ideas.
    3. From the Product Ideas Lab, click Add a Product Idea.

    You can also view and vote for existing ideas.
