  • 1.  Working with Time of Day Schedules

    My open hours flow is working but everything I do on the after hours flow is going to the default menu lady.  I created an after hours inbound call flow.  Is that the correct place to put it?  Do I need to place it anywhere else but on the schedules screen?  Thanks for any advise.  A screen shot would be awesome!  :-)

    Hi Cheryl,

     

    You should be able to configure a separate call flow for open hours and closed hours in the IVR Routing admin menu ( see article here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-call-flow-routing/).

     

    Your configuration would look similar to the following.

     

    This is the simple way to do it if you have only two types of schedules. Let me know if this helps.

    This is how I do have it set up but it is not routing to the Closed Hours Call Flow from what I can tell.  We have a ticket open with them.  Thanks for the answer!  Have a good remainder of the day.
