Hi, We do exactly that - We make the public and then copy the link. Interestingly when i was testing again yesterday i had one of our reps sned it to her personal email address, the link appeared wrong again with the additional text stream at the front, i asked her to forward the email to me at my work address, when the email came in it was showing the correct link (so without the additional at the beginning). Its really random, we are performing a test with one of our customers today to see how it behaves when the link is opened away from CCEP network etc.

Hi... just to clarify, when you say that you copy the link do you mean that you go through the process of creating a public shared link to include in your email?. I am trying to replicate your problem here as I am interested in how the email system performs too. :-)

Hi - Thank you both for your responses, I will open a case for it, but effectively as you described. We upload the document into our workspace, copy the link and then begin an email "on behalf of queue", when we paste the link it appears fine in the email but once it reaches the recipient it has added that section at the beginning. If we paste it into an email via outlook it sends perfectly fine... Its odd.

@Beccy Hunt I am trying to figure out how to reproduce this behavior. Can you tell me the steps to do so, please? I tried copying a shared link from My Workspace and pasted it into an email sent On Behalf of Queue from the client in Chrome, but that came through fine.

Hi, We are looking at using the upload for documents to send out to customers, however each attempt is failing. When we copy the link and send it via our normal Outlook it works fine, but when we send an email from PureCloud pasting the link in when it reaches the recipient it is adding a string at the beginning before the https as below which is rendering the URL useless. Has anyone ever come across this or know of a fix?
