Can you try private messaging me the pictures you shared? Let's see if that works. You should be able to select 30 minute intervals in a scheduled export of Queue Performance Details for up to 1 month. Here's a screenshot of that:

Hi Maisey,
Its unfortunate you are unable to see my pictures.
I tried to follow along with the video to see if i can replicate the view. So i went into the Queue Performance Details and i do not have the option to chose Granularity.I was hoping this option would be able to give me the option to export all my data in intervals like the current reporting does.
The biggest issue I am unable to export my data in 30 mins intervals. With the report section now, i am able to pull reports in 30 minute intervals per day and with workspace i do not have this option.
The only way for me to get 30 minute intervals is to schedule exports for every 30 minutes. This mean per day i would be running 48 reports to gather my data when currently i run one report.

Hi Phil,
I'll apologize in advance because the pictures in your post will not load for me, so I can't see exactly what you're showing, but I'll give a few caveats about the Granularity option for export:
- This function is only supported for "interval" views -- Queue Performance Detail, Agent Performance Detail, DNIS Performance Detail, etc. -- views that display rows of intervals rather than rows of entities.
- This is only supported for Scheduled exports today rather than adhoc exports. Though it's worth noting that Granularity support in adhoc exports is currently in development.
I hope that helps.
