    Hello,

As PureCloud documentation shows, the Bridge communicates with Internet over TCP/443/HTTPS.

Is there a communication from the Workstation to the Bridge (protocol/Port/Application/Use) ?
This flow From Workstation to the Bridge is not documented! I didn't find any information about this flow !

    Appreciate your help

Presuming I understand your questions correctly...

There is no direct communication between a user workstation and the Bridge server for PureCloud functionality. Any information that is communicated between PureCloud and another system using a Bridge Connector is passed out to the cloud (securely) then back to the workstation from the cloud via the internet connection (securely). For example, if a script calls a data action, that call goes out to the cloud, back to the Bridge server from the cloud, the Bridge gets the information and sends it to the cloud, then from the cloud back down to the workstation.

That's a main reason why the Bridge is being deprecated and all Bridge Connectors are being migrated to Data Integrations actions (with Active Directory being the main one left to implement before the end of the year).
