Have sent up new instance in DE purecloud with the DID being a UK number
The Time zone set in Routing is Europe france ( we are based in NL)
Call routing is set up at
Business routing
Open = Business
Closed - Business closed
Holidays = Business closed
Buisness IV routing = time zones Europe paris +2 ( I have tried London plus 1, GMT 0)
Opening hours are set at 10.00 am till 6 pm ( i have tried 9.00 - 5pm)
The Queues do not become active until 11 am
irrespective to what I put in the system
The wish is
Mon - Friday 10.00am to 6 pm ( NL time ) which would be 9.00am - 5pm UK time calls are active
Tried all connotations hoping it would go live on the hoof or waited until next day to see if synced over
Can anyone help
