Genesys Cloud - Main

A customer reported that they were noticing the email address displaying on all the pages being sent. I understand there is a cover sheet option but don't see any mention of anything else that sets up where it indicates where that faxes is from. Is there a way we can change the email address in the "From" to something else like the name of the business instead?

The format of the page looks something like this when receiving the fax 

TX Date:       From:      To:  

Anyway that can be changed? Is that just something default that Genesys places on those faxes?

Sadly most of the fax functionality in Genesys Cloud is quite some years behind and given the pending demise of faxing in most areas, Genesys won't be doing any active development or improvement on that.  About the next best thing you can probably do is create service accounts for your faxing and have someone log into those to send/receive.  The APIs for them are also all tied to the user so there's limited stuff you can even develop for it.
