A customer reported that they were noticing the email address displaying on all the pages being sent. I understand there is a cover sheet option but don't see any mention of anything else that sets up where it indicates where that faxes is from. Is there a way we can change the email address in the "From" to something else like the name of the business instead?
The format of the page looks something like this when receiving the fax
TX Date: From: To:
Anyway that can be changed? Is that just something default that Genesys places on those faxes?
