Now maybe we are misremembering it, and maybe this team has too many wrap up codes, but that aside...

Has the scroll bar on wrap up codes disappeared? Staff can still search and find the missing wrap ups, but no scroll bar. I don't remember seeing a release about it, and the way staff are reacting they are sure there use to be one.

Just came here to look to see if anyone else had the issue - as staff just reported this morning the scroll bar was missing.

It was still present on my Genesys Cloud desktop interface as I had been ignoring the 'new version is available' message - and as soon as I refreshed the scroll bar disappeared.

We've logged a ticket with our partner to get it investigated, so seems like it's not just us :) We are in APSE2 region.

Yep all got the same issue here Anton and Jeff.  Got our case raised to Genesys.

Is there some fine print in the release notes I missed?

I thought there was a hard rule around notifying for any agent facing UI changes...

My money is something in the transfer changes and prepping for the UI update for that caused this unintentionally.

Yup Same issue here in Tokyo region. Still not resolved yet as of now.

Kim, please ensure you've refreshed the client. You should be on version 10.194.0+3-release of the application.

EDIT: Following this report we've confirmed that the issue has been addressed in all regions. Kim, if you still have an issue after refreshing and confirming the appropriate version is loaded please raise an issue with the Care organization.
