    Good Morning PureCloud Community,
    Does anyone know if PureCloud is able to have a tiered approach for wrap-up codes.
    E.g. select 'appointment' as the wrap-up code and have a drop down box with sub categories.

    Julie, this is not something we support today but it is a feature that has been requested by a number of customers over the past couple years and is something we are looking at.  Please add your votes to this idea: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLANA-I-211 so that we can help drive this forward.

    In the meantime, another option to consider is a numbering system combined with alphabetical:

    1) New Client Orange
    2) New Client Purple
    3) New Client Red
    4) Removed Client Blue
    5) Removed Client Yellow
    New Sale
    Old Sale
    Updated Sale
