Genesys Cloud - Main

We cannot figure out how to display a report that shows wrap-up codes by agent.  Meaning sorted by agent and for each person it shows the wrap-up codes they used for that time period.  Are we missing something simple or is this really, really useful report that was available in other products not available in Genesys Cloud?

To be clear, I mean being able to select multiple agents (like a team) and then dividing up by those individuals.  Not having to do it one user at a time.

Or by wrap-up code and showing the individuals who used it.  E.g. Show me what people chose "other" yesterday and how often they each did.
