CSV export functionality is coming soon to interactions search. When that is released, you will be able to export all interactions for a selection of filters and the export will contain wrap-up notes for each interaction.

A new column in the Interactions view and Agents Interactions Detail view enables managers and supervisors to see agents' wrap-up notes. To preview a note, hover over the column. The new column makes it easier to track requests and information added to wrap-up notes. For more information, see Interactions view and Agents Interactions Detail view.
When will this be available in a report? It would be very nice to have the notes column in the campaign results in list management.
