When an agent adds "notes" or "wrap-up notes" to an interaction, I have traditionally seen them stay on the interaction during a transfer. This allows the transfer recipient to see the information they typed in (verified using xyz, questions about abc etc.) to assist with the transfer recipient.
However, recently, I found that when adding wrap-up notes to an email interaction and sending the interaction to a different queue to be handled later, the notes are not still visible. Are notes removed when transferring to another queue instead of user or is this an anomaly?
