    Hello Everyone. 

    We used to be able to get a Wrap-up codes report in pureconnect that shows Wrap-up Code, Queue, User, etc as documented here:

    Interaction Reporter Help - Wrap Up Codes Report

    We tried to get the same report from CX but didn't see any views under Performance.

    We saw views for Wrap-Up performance, Agent Wrap-up Detail/Invertal views, Queue Wrap-up views, but those are not exactly the same as the Wrap Up Codes Report above. We want to be able to see the granular of each Wrap-up, Queue, Agent, Date/Time such as in the old report.

    Is this possible to do in Performance or this needs to be done via Analytics API? Is it something under development?

    Hello Duy,

    I am not aware of a report that would show that, you could raise an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab.  But maybe someone else in the community has found a work around to cover those requirements
