    Hi Community,

    I would like to export the wrap up summary report with only the wrap up code name and the number handled (with out the Queue Name column, just the highlighted rows in the below image).

    Is it possible to export the report showing only the summary of number of wrap up codes handled ? Currently the export includes the break down of the wrap up code for each queue (listed under Queue Name column) below the summary row.

    Hi Aparna,

    Exporting from the Performance > Wrap-Up Performance view should export both an Aggregate to show the overall for the Wrap-Up code and a Detailed that then shows the details by queue for each Wrap-Up code.

    You would need to export it and manipulate it in your spreadsheet of choice to filter by Aggregates only to see the overall for each Wrap-Up

    Thanks @Samuel Jillard that is the work around that I could get to. It would have been good if we had the flexibility before we exported to PDF.
