Hi everyone,
We have a Web development associated via Script to the agent console so that, among other functionalities, it creates the set of the Wrapup Code by API based on the menu values of that Web (the entire combination of values is registered in Administration).
This website works in 2 steps:
- Makes the set a DEFAULT wrapup code when the interaction is established.
- From the Web the user can reset the wrapup code both during conversation time and after-call time.
What we see is that when it does it at after-call time, in addition to making the set of our desired value, it is also making a set of ININ-WRAP-UP-TIMEOUT and we do not understand the reason because we always make a set of our value for the wrapup code
If we go to the Genesys performance console, we see in the first view that it has DEFAULT, ININ-WRAP-UP-TIMEOUT as assigned code
but if we enter the detail view it has the value we expected (in this example, Soporte Digital-Administración-Caída aplicativo-Chequeos).
We don't understand this behavior, could you please help us?
Thanks,
David
