I am wondering if one can run a report that shows you which WrapUp code a specific agent has used.

I can see that you can run a WrapUp report on a queue (Queue Wrapup Summary), but I also need to see WrapUp codes per agent.

If this report doesn’t exist, how do we go by making it? Is there a feature in “Admin” where we can make our own reports?

You could run the Interaction Details Report and see, interaction by interaction, which Wrap-up code an agent used.

Or, you could create a custom report using the API for user analytics:

There is no custom reporting built into the Admin interface.
