    Agent report having issue with trying to create saved views. I checked and the user has the supervisor roles which have the roles mention in this document: Work with the analytics workspace - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Not sure why this is happening to them.

    Hi Jason

    If they have all the permissions listed, then I would raise a case with care and provide network and console logs when the user tries to save the view.
