no guide i'm afraid, everything i used was from this thread, i believe if you have multiple mailboxes you'll have to grant send as permissions for the one mailbox specified in the username + password field to the mailboxes in question ------------------------------ Harpal Dhillon Foxtons Limited ...

amazing its now working for us too! i did have an additional hurdle of conditional access policy to bypass but outbound emails are now successful. one strange this is we still have a warning error under integrations -> the custom smtp integration but its working fine. I guess this can be ignored. ...
