Now that we are introducing message parking in Genesys Cloud, in addition to the existing email parking, we would like to share an overview of digital conversation parking, which encompasses both email and messaging channels such as Apple Business Chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, Web and Open Messaging, and SMS.
