Customer Insights provides a set of data about how your Genesys Cloud CX organization is being used.
 
In the Part 1 of the Customer insights video, installation of the app, configuration related to running the job & scheduling options along with API call estimates are discussed. A quick overview of the generated report is shown at towards the end of the presentation as well.
