As part of the upcoming GA release, new APIs and permissions for blind and consult transfers will be introduced to ensure a consistent and secure agent experience. Most organizations have been automatically updated, but we recommend verifying that the Allow Blind Transfer and Allow Consult Transfer permissions are enabled to maintain full transfer functionality.
