Execute audio block from URL.wav

I am implementing an IVR application, I would like my application to play a file provided to me by a link.
Example of the provided link:
https://xxx/xx/Tel_00222.wav
Is there a way to execute this link in order to play the file directly in my IVR application without downloading it?

Is this a feature that is on the horizon for being added?  (Being able to specify a url for playing audio).

We have literally hundreds of audio files available and need to play a selection of those based on a number of parameters.  Creating prompts for each of these and then a switch action is less than ideal.

Hi Andrew,

No there isn't a way to do that.  The workaround is to create user prompts for each of the wav files from your provider (assuming they can be defined and are not generated on the fly), and in the flow selecting the prompt to play based on the url using a switch action.
