Genesys Cloud SMS Pricing has remained unchanged for several years; therefore, we are updating our SMS rates to align with market pricing.

We wanted to share an update regarding the General Availability (GA) of the digital pricing updates. Unfortunately, we need to postpone the GA to later this month, with the new target date set for June 23.
