In June, we saw significant enhancements for key WEM capabilities, as well as interesting developments that deliver a more intuitive and efficient user experience for Genesys Cloud WEM customers.

Introducing new development views for learning and coaching.
Supervisors can now manage learning content and coaching sessions for their agents directly through the new Agent Development tabs. Managers can schedule coaching sessions independent of interactions as part of their holistic development plan. They can also manually assign learning modules to specific agents as needed.
