Hello Community Members!

Ahhh, yes. The time has come yet again. I can smell it in the air… It’s pumpkin spice season. And as our summer draws to a close, we take the time to look back and see what this past month has left us with; some fun times by the pool, some questions answered in our last WFM Ask Me Anything event, and some new and shiny feature releases for Genesys Cloud WEM!

Expanding our support for France French (fr-FR), Canadian French (fr-CA), Italian (it-IT), German (de-DE) and Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) Topic Spotting.

Programs, topics, and phrases support is now available for France French (fr-FR), Canadian French (fr-CA), Italian (it-IT), German (de-DE) and Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BT).

This includes:

  • Changes to Topic Manager to allow for creation of fr-FR, fr-CA, pt-BR, de-DE and it-IT Topics/Phrases
  • Addition of Default Topics in fr-FR, fr-CA, pt-BR, de-DE and it-IT
  • Localization of Topic Manager UI to fr-FR, fr-CA, pt-BR, de-DE and it-IT
