Hi Allison, we have opened a case because we are unable to see the option to enable multipanel even after adding the required permission. I was hopeful that the full documentation would have told us more about what is needed.

Hi there, our agents mostly use the embedded Genesys Cloud interface with our CRM. Will there be any changes to the embedded interface once the rollout has been completed? TIA
