Install the Google Cloud Text-to-Speech integration and then configure it for use with Genesys Cloud. This feature is PCI DSS compliant. You can use this integration in secure call flows. For more information, see PCI DSS compliance.

Hi @Brian Jones, apologies for taking so long to get back to your comment. So far I have only had that comment about a notaable delay once. This wasn't Google though but Azure. I believe it wwas recolved by updating the Azure configuration to select a region to use closer to the region the Org was hosted in. Logically, whether native or via integration, there shouldn't be any difference in the performance except where a the region further away is chosen, you may notice a bit of a lag.
Now that we have the Google TTS integration added and are using it for select flows, we have noticed a significant delay of a few seconds before the system speaks the TTS. Has Genesys and/or anyone else experienced such & delay and is there anything we can do to reduce/eliminate that? We presume it has to do with the time it takes the integration to send & process the TTS, but figured we'd ask.
