In this video @Yu Tan talks about the IMAP integration for inbound email.
Administrators can now add an IMAP integration for inbound email. The integration enables Genesys Cloud to pull email from the server that is associated with the integration and route it into the contact center, either to a queue or a flow. This feature benefits customers who migrate from PureConnect or Multicloud and provides an efficient and streamlined email integration process.

I have done some research,
You can configure IMAP integration only on custom domains. Each IMAP integration is tied to one mailbox. For accessing multiple mailboxes through IMAP, you must set up an integration for each mailbox separately. But you can only select one IMAP Server in The Custom Domain.
You can use mail server side rule, to forward email from other mailbox into one single mailbox, and use this single mailbox for the IMAP Integration.
Is it possible to add multiple IMAP email intégration into to same custom domain. We will have multiple inbox folder to integrate into the same custom domain
Same thing for office 365 setup OAuth 2.0, you will need to supply same type of credential. You will need to know how to get/generate those key/token from microsoft. You can go search internet for Setup IMAP to Office 365 using OAuth2.0
Thanks Yu Tan,
In fact I was looking for a guidance on Office 365, I've been trying to integrate but with no luck, if you have any insights, it would really be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi Hussein,
Thanks for watching this video and reaching out. I did some checking, basically to configure OAuth 2.0 is straight forward too. There are 4 mandatory fields that you need to fill in. Taking gmail for example, Gmail IMAP settings with OAuth 2.0, you can create an OAuth 2.0 client ID in the Google Cloud Console. You can then use the client ID to request an access token. You can search in google to find the steps to create the token. If you run into issue configuring it in Genesys, you can always open a support case with Customer Care to get assistance, Happy trying !
Thanks for sharing the video, but can we have another video that demonstrates how the OAuth 2.0 is done, specially the scopes part !
