I have been attempting to configure OAuth2 using grant_type=client_credentials for a custom SMTP server integration in Genesys Cloud. Despite various efforts and reviewing available documentation, I am only able to establish a successful setup using grant_type=password, which doesn't align with the required specifications for the client. The objective is to authenticate using grant_type=client_credentials. Any insights or experiences in resolving similar issues or steps to correctly configure OAuth2 with grant_type=client_credentials for Genesys Cloud custom SMTP server integration would be immensely helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
