Introducing new development views for learning and coaching

Hey Community members!

Summer is off to a great start with the release of development views for learning modules and coaching sessions! This release adds to our existing Development and feedback modules capability and expands our coaching functionality.

Supervisors can now manage learning content and coaching sessions for their agents directly through the new Agent Development tabs. Managers can schedule coaching sessions independent of interactions as part of their holistic development plan. They can also manually assign learning modules to specific agents as needed. Agents can access all their upcoming and historical learning content and coaching sessions through the My Development view.
