This video walks through the Conversational AI capabilities in Genesys Cloud CX, featuring native bot building capabilities (the existing Dialog Engine Bot Flows, and the new Digital Bot Flows) and supporting features such as Intent Miner and Knowledge. Genesys Knowledge will include a new Knowledge Workbench, new Knowledge Optimizer, and a new way to scale Knowledge through Support Center (Smart Search).
