In this video @Christopher Visick completes an overview on the new functionality called Virtual Supervisor Copilot and Supervisor Copilot.
Supervisor Copilot is an AI tool designed to aid supervisors in monitoring and managing the performance of agents in a contact center. It offers insights into call quality, agent productivity and customer satisfaction metrics. By analysing interactions, it can identify coaching opportunities and recommend interventions to improve team performance and ensure compliance with service standards.

But I have one question:I understand that "AI-generated interaction transcript summaries for Supervisors" is available only for English and Spanish transcripts. Why and when will it be available for other languages? In my case I'm interested in pt-pt.
