​I just noticed this is Pure Cloud, where as I have Pure Connect ... but wondering if there is a way to do the same thing regardless ....

​The demo on bonus question configuration was very helpful, however the solution to add condition questions (Display Conditionally) does not appear in my questionnaire builder options:
Screen shot showing I do NOT have Display Conditionally option.

Is this available in all versions?  Is it a feature I need to turn on?
Also, is it possible to have non-value drop down options for data analysis that doesn't impact score?  (Ie/ this call was transferred as a result of a) people, b) process, c) technology or d) other)
