@Robert Bruno thank you, it does appear there is a missing permission it is the data analytics all, we have all the others. It is odd that we are still able to download and the report has the headers just no data. The date frame is selected. If the perm does not fix it we will open a case. Thank you for your input.

The July 26 release notes mention that users with appropriate permission to the Agent Evaluation view can now export agent evaluation details for multiple agents in a single export. The attachment that was shared here does not appear to have any data.
Please confirm that you have a proper date (or date range) selected with appropriate agent data to be exported.
