Since this update was released, I have found that information entered in the notes panel is no longer saving. We use this feature heavily for email, and now the notes are no longer visible in subsequent email replies nor are they available in the conversation details - which they used to be prior to the update. I have a ticket open with care and am commenting here at their request.
We have a 2-3 second delay after an agent closes the call, increasing ACW metric. A window pops that states loading wrap up codes, prior to agents receiving after call work window to click done. We do not use wrap up codes. Is there a reason we are seeing the first loading screen.
